- Academic, professional, and personal mentorship between undergraduate students, graduate students, faculty and alumni who are committed to a like cause, while also introducing students to opportunities where they can gain the confidence and skills to thrive after graduation.
- Cultivating a welcoming, inclusive culture that provides students who are committed to the advancement of gender equity in engineering with the tools, experiences and training they need to forge successful careers.
- Engineering students with critical outside-the-classroom experiences such as working in a research lab, presenting at national conferences, pursing professional certifications, or interning at a corporation.
